Now Claim Procedure

 

Secure Online Portfolio

You can manage your plan via the secure online portfolio which you can access at www.now-health.com.   

You can make a claim online and track your claim real time. 

You can also submit a Pre-Authorisation request from here.

 

Outpatient and Inpatient claims under USD 500

You can complete section 1 and 2 of claim form, sign it and send it along with receipts, diagnostic reports, discharge reports and medical reports and email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  • Using the mobile apps

Complete all fields in the form, upload requested images, accept declaration and authorization and click “Submit”.

  • Using secure online portfolio

Select the insured person from the dropdown list, complete all the fields in the form, upload the receipts, requested images, accept declaration and authorization, and click “Submit form”.

 

Inpatient and Daypatient claims over USD 500

You and Your Medical Practitioner must complete all relevant sections before You submit Your claim.  Sign claim form and sent it along with receipts, diagnostic reports, discharge reports and medical reports and email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  • Using the mobile apps

You cannot use the mobile app to submit a claim of this value.

  • Using secure online portfolio

Scan completed claim form and upload the receipts, requested images, accept declaration and authorization, and click “Submit form”.

 

Arranging Direct Settlement

For Inpatient and Daypatient treatment

  • Five working days before You are admitted (or whenever possible), contact customer services team on Tol-free 0800 1 889900 / Toll +62 21 2783 6910 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Tell them hospital name, telephone number, fax number, contact name at the hospital, and name of the medical practitioner.

  • Your medical practitioner should complete a Pre-Authorization Request Form and return completed form using one of the methods on the form or using secure online portfolio in the My Claims page.

Now Health will contact you once the arrangements have been made.

  • When you arrive at them medical provider on the day of your treatment, show your membership card and tell them that Direct Billing has been arranged.

They may also ask you to fill some extra forms, such as a release of medical information by the medical provider.  All forms are available in secure online portfolio at www.now-health.com

  • For Inpatient and Daypatient, you must contact Now Health before You get treatment. If you don’t make contact before your admission, Now Health may not be able to arrange to pay the medical provider directly. This might mean that You must pay a deposit to the medical provider or pay bill in full.
